AI/ML Engineer on Aalee Assist, Aalee AI's omnichannel customer-support platform: AI assistant plus human escalation with intent-based tool calling and agent routing, across seven channels and a web widget, with bring-your-own-key support for 15+ LLM providers.
What I did
- Architected and built the core systems of 'Aalee Assist', a highly customizable AI widget featuring automated omnichannel responses, live human escalations, and lead capturing.
- Engineered cross-platform distribution using Tauri (desktop applications), Progressive Web Apps (PWA), and embeddable micro-frontends tailored for third-party integrations.
- Developed advanced AI orchestration layers, complex prompt architectures, and deterministic tool-calling workflows leveraging Google Cloud Vertex AI, FastAPI (Python), and Redis.
- Designed secure Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication flows and dynamic domain resolution to serve distinct application scopes securely.
- Recognized with the company's highest individual honor (the Champion Award) and the Rising Star award, and named Star Performer in 4 monthly recognitions.
