Roles
- Lead product direction for Aalee Assist (an internal role, no formal title) and work as one of its main engineers across the model layer, backend, dashboard and widget.
- Built the model layer: 15 LLM providers and 48 models behind one interface, with customers' own API keys (stored encrypted) and fallback when a provider fails.
- Wrote the real-time backend in FastAPI: WebSocket streaming, Redis pub/sub across servers, rate limiting and shared sign-in.
- Worked on the knowledge base (ingestion, Vertex AI embeddings, pgvector search), the agent dashboard, the chat widget, and the Tauri desktop and PWA builds. Wrote test scripts to compare prompts, tool calls and models side by side.
- Built backend APIs for Aalee Reach, a lead management product with email and WhatsApp follow-up, that retrieve data from the database. Set up search indexing so the Aalee and Aalee Assist landing pages show for brand searches.
